Lee Hyun Jae To Debut in New Group "Eden"

Drummer/Actor Lee Hyun Jae
Oh no! Just when I was starting to groove to indie rock band "Mate", I begin to see tweets from their drummer, Lee Hyun Jae (K-Drama "Shut Up Flower Boy Band"), debuting in Japan with two guys I had no idea about. I thought, "did he get booted out?", "did he leave the other group?". Turns out he did neither. Rather, he was the one that was left behind as the other two members of Mate are currently during their service in the army. They have decided to pursue their own interests and have disbanded for the time being. *Cries*

But, if you're a fan of Lee Hyun Jae, you're just happy that he has found a band to jam with in "Eden". Nearest I can tell, they are a three piece band whose music skews more pop/rock rather than indie. Not bad considering that it seems that K-Pop is evolving to incorporate more rock into their music. The band comprises of Tae Hyung (vocals, guitar), Hyun Jae (drums), Hi Sung (vocals, guitar). They will be releasing their Japan single, "Never Cry" July 24th.

Here's a taste of what you can expect from them.
